DELL EMAIL PROGRAM RE-BRAND
Dell approached the agency I was working with to develop a series of emails based on a re-branding exercise that was being developed concurrently. The challenge was to integrate the new logo, color palette and imagery to help sustain and expand Dell’s relationships with its most valuable consumers. The focus was to help meet the needs of consumers for computer and electronic solutions by integrating the Dell family of products into their everyday lives. By examining and addressing customer pain-points, we were able to develop this series of extremely successful email templates designed to capture the attention of all of Dell’s audiences.
