The Ettin

A towering, brutish figure, the Ettin character embodies primal fury and neglect. Crafted in ZBrush, this giant is unmistakably human in form, yet grotesquely distorted. Covered in filth, the Ettin’s yellowing, rotting teeth gnash with unrestrained violence, while its tangled, vermin-infested hair hints at years of unchecked savagery. Each unkempt detail reveals a life lived in brutality and squalor.

The Ettin’s most fearsome feature is a crude blade where one arm should be, forged for sheer destructive power. Scavenged armor—made of shattered wood and broken shields—barely protects its hulking frame, adding to its raw, thuggish aesthetic. With every step, the ground trembles under this brutal behemoth, and each movement is a testament to its brute force and uncaring existence. The design combines the horrifying aspects of neglect and violence, crafting a character that embodies both physical might and a deeply unsettling presence.
