KRAFT FOODS US CANADA WEB REDESIGN

The Kraft Foods web program was designed for those interested in recipes, healthy living, cooking, products and publications. This project was just one aspect of a multi-faceted program that Kraft Foods needed to roll out in numerous countries including the US, Canada and Australia. This project involved an intense discovery and requirements period, during which all technical, legal and marketing requirements for the user interface design were developed. This helped ensure the longevity of the Kraft Foods platform. The custom-built CMS (Content Management System) enabled market localization and site customization, allowing for any number of recipes, imagery, video, languages and other customizable applications. As a result, the site for the Kraft Foods family of products became the #1 website destination for Canadians seeking meal solutions in both the English & French markets. Consumers in Kraft's Food & Family program purchased an average of 50% more Kraft products than Kraft's average consumer.
